656 Hydraulic leak

My 656 has a leak where the left rear 3pt arm hooks up to the pumpkin. Is this seal reached from the outside? And, is it a pain to fix?

You can replace the o-rings on the left side by just taking arm off. Right side you need to remove torsion tube. Don't even need to drain it usually if you have the o-rings in hand as it will just drip. Takes two o-rings. Now, know it has been many years since I tore into one of those some times a person gets his lefts and rights mixed up but I won't charge for the advice if I am wrong.
