squealing noise when ta is engaged

i have a ih 1086 with open center hydralics i had the ta and clutch replaced along with new mcv pump and mcv valve rebuilt now when the ta is engaged i get a squealing noise coming from the mcv valve on the side of the tractor it comes and goes with the movement of the ta lever it has never made this noise before can someone help me please one of my remote hydralics also goes down as soon as you raise it it goes back down they told me the remote valve was bad i replaced it and it still acts the same way does anyone have any ideas thanks thomas

Could be a bad hydraulic pump. Gears could be dragging in the aluminum housing. Hard to say without pulling parts off and looking

You just had this work done and it makes the noise?

Who cares what it is at this point? The dealer/mechanic should make good and fix the problem(s). What do they say?

As for the remote, did you replace the correct remote valve? Under the seat, left is right and right is left.

Did you get mixed up and reinstall the old, bad valve?

Is the problem always with the same implement? Have you tried different implements? Have you tried the same implement on the other valve?

If you replaced the correct valve and the same thing happens, either both valves are bad, or the hydraulic cylinder is bad.

Valves and cylinders can be rebuilt. It's usually just a matter of replacing worn orings and seals.

yes i replaced the correct valve i was told it could be the couplers that they rebuilt. as for the squealing it is comming from the mcv valve and the dealer is dancing around it they told me it was the steering cyl leaking internally and charged 388.00 to rebuild it and the noise is still there i think they need to tear the mcv back apart and see what is going on i dont know much about hydralics or this particular trans so thats why i need some ammo when i go back in it seems like it is so hard to get what you pay for thank you all for the help thomas

yes i tried the other valve it is ok it is only on the right one and i have tried other pieces of equiptment it doesnt make sense to me and yes i did just have the work done and my cousin bought it new and it has never made this noise sounds like a valve or o ring is blown out
