I have just overhauled my water pump and having problems with reassembly. The radiator was also repaired. My question is should the fan be inplace on the water pump before the radiator and fan housing sheet metal is installed?
There just doesn't seem like there is clearance for it to go together without removing the front bolster!Am I making this too hard? Any help would be appreaciated.

I have not seen one that was not hard to install. But put the fan on, then try to install the radiator, with the fan shroud roughly in the correct place, except don't put the bolts in it. In other words you need to be able to move both the radiator and the shroud as you install. Mine are done differently every time I do one. You might try (also) leaving the fan bolts loose.

yes , leave the shroud unbolted till rad is bolted in. may need to turn fan as required while installing rad.so i leave belt loose.

Thanks for the help! I followed your suggestions and it is now up and running ... and no leaks!
