Steering wheel removal B275

Hi
I am from the UK
I am at present working on a B275 I H
I want to replace the steering box but cant remove the steering wheel, i have hit it used pullers on it but it just will not budge, last resort is the grinder but do not want to go down that road, any ideas ???????

My steering wheel was rusted into place, the Woodruff key inside there was solid-rusted in, and it was a tight press fit to begin with. I had to put a gear puller on REALLY tight for a few days, shoot penetrate oil into it, and repeat and repeat. it slowly came loose.

I used a 3 jaw puller, lots of WD-40, and my impact wrench on the puller. That didn't break it loose, so I took off the puller, heated the steering wheel hub with my propane torch, put the puller back on and the impact broke it loose. Good luck!
