Rusty and Zach are on it. I would go with 10W-40 if you live in the north (Central Canada) and need it to start in the winter, or 15W-40 every where else. Brand is less important than quality. Change the filter as well (be sure there is a new canister seal, a square section "O"ring) and be sure to fish out the old filter can seal from its groove.

Those old H's are pretty forgiving. You can use most any oil and they will survive, I use straight 30W in mine but I don't use it much in the winter.
