300U hyd. quit

Up until today I"ve had one issue where the hydraulics didn"t work, it was late last fall and they came right back.
Running a 2 point cycle bar and rigged it yesterday for hyd cylinder for bar lift. Had a bit of fussing to get it to start cycling in a bit but when I messed with the S/D position setting on the valve body it took off it worked fine. I assumed it was air trapped in the system. I had also had the aux. valve body(near the front right corner of the seat) apart to replace the handle/shaft and not tried it before this cylinder addition. So as everything seemed hunkydorey I parked it, noticed I had a cylinder line loose and leaking, tightened that and fixed the sections on the cycle bar.
When I put the cycle back together I get absolutely nothing from the hydraulics. Topped the fluid. I don't hear the normal noise from the pump, and get no movement, nothing. Moved both 2 pt. lift levers and cyclebar lift levers, nothing. Buddy suggested plugged screen so I pulled the line pair from tank to the pump and it seemed to drain fine. Blew back with 50psi in the supply(big) port, no sign of a restriction.

Any suggestion as to next step? I see something about a pressure regulator valve in the manuals but don"t understand how it works enough to do some testing on that??? Guess I"ll pull the top f the tank in the morning and see what I can see for a screen. Help? Supposed to start cutting today of course.

Air intake leak is possible.
Aim it down hill about 16 to 18 inches and put 20 psi in the reservoir. Cycle all components, and see if there is a bleeder screw on the top of the pump.
Loosening the connections at the pump with pressure on can also let air out. Best of luck, Jim
