Farmall 560 Diesel injectors

Well i have two small lady's foot pry bars that work well most times , but every once in a while you get one that is the mother of stuck . Now you can get violante and end up breaking the flanges off or ya can take your time with some GOOD Panther pee a brass drift and a BMFH and a couple lady's foot bars and it will come out .

Don't forget to liberally apply anti-seize to the injector body upon re-assembly so you won't have to use the BFH any more.

The pre-ignition cambers (pre-cups) are likely to stay in the hole if you have that much carbon build up. Takes a special tool to get them out if they stay in there.

And that special tool destroys the precups in the process of removal 100% of the time. I guess it goes in and squishes from the inside with metal grippers that rip it up.

I built a slide hammer for taking out my MD injectors (same style) I ended up making a bigger one than the one pictured. That one didn't have enough power.
