Curious Is The Rear End Housing The Same From A W6 To A M Or Will It Work And Is Their Any Changes Thanks

I'm not sure if the Ws are on the online parts lookup, but you could look up both part numbers and that would tell the story.
If you have a W you probably already have a hard copy of that parts book so you could just look up the M and compare.

They are not the same. Quite different animals from the engine on back.
