Mystery brackets on a SH rear axle

I have these brackets on the rear axle of a SH and I am wondering what they are for. I am guessing maybe a loader? If anyone knows what they are I'd appreciate to know.

doubt it is a corn picker or cultivator as i have had both. dont think a sickle bar mower either. maybe planter? loader maybe as well
