Super C oil filter, and H sparkplugs

I'm going shopping tomorrow, and my '51 Super C needs an oil change. Anyone know what filter I need? maybe a part number? Also, my '49 H (magneto ignition) needs a set of sparkplugs before the 4th of July Parade. What plugs do you guys recommend?

I have a set of Champion D21 in mine. Those are the hot ones. They came out with Champion d18 originally I believe.

There is alot of crap going around about how bad the champion plugs are. I have always run d21 champions in both my 40 H and my 50 case DC and have never had a plug problem . So, get some d21's and motor on,Kenny

Yep, Champion D-21's. TRhey have a smaller electrode, and it runs hotter and burns cleaner. The engine runs the same temp, but the elctrode runs hotter.

I"m a big fan of WIX oil filters, I usually take old filters apart and WIX seem to be constructed of better material then FRAM. For the SUPER C, WIX filter number is 51172, FRAM filter would be C135. Hope this helps and have a happy Fourth of July.
