Cub engine block

There are two slight differences. The 184 block does not have the crankcase vent on the front of the valve chamber, the other is lack of a drain in the bottom of the oil filter housing. Otherwise they are the same. Joe

What do you mean by "International?" IH changed the designation of the Farmall Cub to International Cub in 1963 or 1964 when they went to the square hood style.

The offset Loboy Cubs are designated "International" too.

If you're talking about either of those, then the block is EXACTLY the same.

You could also be talking about the "numbered" Loboy Cubs, the 154, 185, and 184. The 154 and 185 both have the same block as the traditional Cub, but the 184 has the changes mentioned above.

The odds of you finding a Cub Loboy 184 block vs. a Farmall/International Cub block are about 1 in 10,000.

There weren't a whole lot of 184's made, and consequently there won't be as many parts blocks just sitting around.
