Dzues fasteners needed w/ pics

I need one dzues fastener to replace a lost one in the grill of my 1939 farmall H. Here is a picture of what one looks like. The second picture is of a modern dzues fastener. Would it work? If anyone has an original one or know where to find one let me know. I just need the bolt portion and do not want to buy the spring and bolt pair from oem (first picture). Thanks.

Looks like the modern dzus fastener is a different length. It would probably work, but you may need to space it out from the sheetmetal with a stack of flat washers or something.

My 1940 H uses those same fasteners and one was missing when I bought it. I replaced it with one from o.e.m. I've still got the wire somewhere.

Doesn't OEM Tractor Parts sell replacements?

you will find that most places that sell the replacement sell them as a pair.
