Getting ready for the shows - just finished today -pic-

Decided to take an implement to the shows this year to run off the flatbelt. Just finished putting 'er back together today. Ran it for a bit on the F-12, and cut up a few old scrap 4x4 pieces I had around. Found a great product to put on the blade. Graphite paint. Never saw it before, and thought I would try it. Should protect the blade from rust, and man-o-man does it make a "slick" finish on the blade. Polished down to a shiny, slippery coating.

Guys on the implement board said it should be red and black. I decided to go with the IHC implement colors.

Anyway, here's the pic:

I picked one up at an auction that was very similar to yours. I replaced the babbit bearings with some cheap pillow block bearings from MSC. Worked good.
