Belectromal Front end

This is a pic of a front steering post from a 450?(guessing from size and date code) I saw at the red power Round up. I have a 54 SH that also as the Belectromal cast into it.
I searched the archives and there's not much about it.

Anybody know anything about it?

I suspect it's someone's trademark for tough malleable iron from some special electric furnace process. Perhaps?

At least one of my Farmalls has that same logo. I need to verify, but I think it is my 1940 M.

I thought that some time back, it was discovered that it was a foundry IH had make that peice? I dont recall who it was said that now.

Yes, it has been discussed before, but I don't remember the details either.
