Farmall super c

Hey there, i have a 1952 farmall super c that ive had for a while and recently restored it. But i was just wondering about live hydraulics. in which i mean how to get it so i can attach a hydraulic hose to the touch control and run it to the back of the tractor so when i put my bush hog on i can attach it to the tractor to rase it up and down with the hydraulic cylander on the back.. ive looked at these things called by bass block kits and also Auxillary pumps, and which way is cheeper and easier? if you could help me out i would love it! thank you all!

If you can find a Super C or 200 in a salvage yard with Fast Hitch, they have the auxillary valve you need. I know of no way you can use a touch control valve to operate an external cylinder, but I'm sure there are other ways to tap into the system to make it operate just like the F-H valve... just do not know how without a schematic.

You can buy an after market bypass block that goes on the hydraulic touch control manifold, but you still have to plumb it to another valve and from that valve to the cylinder.I'll try to attach a pic.

Try again

alright thanks so much! but one question.. once i attach the bypass block i have to go buy the hoses and fitters and stuff.. but does this mean that this part of the hydraulics is also controlled by the touch control levers? so for example say i had a plow on the front and i had the bush hog on the back.. when i wanted to lower the bush hog i would move the touch control lever and it would move the front plow as well correct?

If you move the touch control lever/levers ,it/ they are gonna move.I would plumb the bypass to a separate valve and plumb that to the cylinder to lift the rear implement. Use only the lever on the new valve (with a built in relief valve or a added relief valve) and don't move your touch control levers.I don't know if the right hand arm on your touch control works your plow, I would guess so. If so it might not interfere with the rear implement position, BUT, my touch control needs to be re-Oringed and cleaned since either touch control lever wants to wiggle both arms. Pic of my second valve.

Yeah and I know yours is a Super C and mine is on a Super A, but the touch control hydraulics work the same.
