Power Steering Hookup Hydralic

Can any one tell me which ports to use on a 54 Super H to use the live pump for power Steering?

If you have a picture I would appreciate that to.

Thanks Bob F

You will need to install a priority flow control valve off of the pressure port of the pump, and then the priority port of the valve to the PS torque generator. Then the secondary flow port to the existing system. This "taps off" the priority so you always have steering, but at idle, may not have much left to operate a cylinder. Steering generally does not need much, maybe 2 to 3 gpm, but at idle, your pump may not be putting out much more than that.
