IH 424 HYDRAULICS NOT LIFTING

I HAVE A IH DIESEL TRACTOR,3 CYLINDER WITH A SLOW TO NOTHING ON THE LIFT ARMS. THE FLUIDS ARE LEVELS APPEAR TO BE OK BUT THE 3 POINT WILL NOT LIFT THE ARMS WITH NO LOAD. ALL OTHER POWER HYDRAULICS WORK FINE. THE LEVER ON THE THE RIGHT OF THE SEAT CAN BE MOVED UP AND DOWN BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. THE LEVERS IN FRON OF SEAT WILL NOT WORK CORRECTLY TO LIFT AND LOWER THE 3 POINT ARMS. ANY AND ALL HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATTED. THANKS RAY

had a similar situation last fall on my uncles 424, we removed the top deck of the transmission, ( it wasnt that bad of a job ) and started to take things apart and fond the linkages inside the hydraulic valves for the rock shaft had come undone reconnected and he was back up and running before days end Good luck

THANKS FOR THE QUICK REPLY. ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION COVER WHERE THE SHIFT IS FOR THE GEARS OR THE HYDRAULIC UNIT UNDER THE SEAT????
