Can you still get the gaskets for the pto to trani and belt pully drive to pto?
Also what is the speed of the belt pully compared to the pto.

Yes to the first question, belt is faster, I don't remember the number. You can still get virtually all seals, bearings, and gaskets for any letter series and later tractor.

You can get em on this website or go to a CaseIH dealer and they can get you anything you would want as far as paint, gaskets, and seals go.

the belt pulley speed, with no load, is 1272rpm
And the pto speed is around 540rpm (don't quote me on that one, but in that ballpark).

That's at an engine speed around 1500rpm (again - going from memory on that one, but I think that's close)

if you are putting a belt pulley drive on the tractor for the first time, you might need shims, if it is already on there it probably has them.
