Looking at a regular H farmall, restored 10 yrs ago, had new tires but about half flat now,no belley pump, no belt pulley, just a draw bar,Looks like a 9 on a scale of 10 with a wash job of couse. What is your idea to offer the family on a tractor like I described. hasnt ran in at least a yr.

With an engine able to turn over but not start using a hand crank or starter, 800 to 900, Stuck (even mildly) 600. Jim

I have 4 that I would sell you. One is a pure parts tractor for $400 one runs good but needs tires for $600 and 2 that run and have tires that will get you by for a few years for around $900. So if that helps you figure what it may be worth good. the H is a dime a dozen tractor and is almost as common as dirt. I have been trying to sell theses Hs I have for at least 5 years and guess what I still have them. Oh by the way the funny thing is they are all 1940 Hs

As old said, they are very common. IHC made close to 400,000 of them. $500 to $600 sounds about right to me.

If it has been stored inside, out of the weather, those tires are still very good. The tires alone are worth $800 to $900.

Depends what area you're in. Here in Southern IN that might go for 1500-2000, assuming the paint is still good after 10 years and the tires have plenty of tread. In todays society there's no real use for the belt pulley or most of the time the hydralics unless you have a 3 point or some smaller equipment.
