Pictures for everyone to enjoy!

I've had my H out the last few nights cleaning it up for an upcoming cruise. It's been a long time since I've had it this clean.

I've been playing around with the camera some. I know absolutely nothing about photography and even less about all the setting on our camera. I just mess around and try to find something that looks good.

What do you guys think?

I wanted to do something that looked a little nicer than the typical "magnet" guys will have made to stick on one of the frame rails. I cut this piece of stainless from a drinking fountin I removed from a school we were remodeling. Then had a local engraving shop do the lettering for me.

Very nice looking old H. Pictures aren't bad either, except two could have used a little more exposure. Composition is really nice.

You're a natural... these are excellent pictures, and a darn nice looking tractor.

Nice, nice, nice. What is the long lever with the black knob on the left of seat for. It had to serve a purpose years ago?

seth were you able to find the fiber discs for your m&w clutch, or did you you use steel ones? if fiber where did you find them?

Vollbracht's Inc. in Columbus NE makes them. 402-564-5993. He also keeps all the common wear parts (bearings and seals) stocked for them. When I rebuilt this one about 3 years ago the fiber discs were $80 each.

Bate's Corp. also makes them, but when I contacted them he had never made a set for an H, only for an M. He wanted me to send one of my good ones for a pattern. Then wanted $100 each at that time.

Tractors beautiful. Does those front wheel weights make it steer hard? Is your battery box standard for your year? I have a 48 and dad had a 48, and I think im not sure what type of box he had. What year is yours??

If you had my H and I had your barn, Botha us would be tickled LOL

I think you have one too many sets of front wheel weights on it, I think it would look MUCH better with just one set......by the way...I just so happen to need one set for my 300..imagine that.

Seriously, very nice tractor, where did you come across that stainless muffler, really sets it off nicely!! Enjoy your ride !! Have you considered an umbrella for the ride?

I got to have a plow day with mine this weekend, bit dusty, and the ground was pretty hard, but still had a lot of fun.
With the 100 degree heat I would have given anything for an umbrella today.....
Happy father's day to me .....
