loose steering 460 farmall

I have a 460 with power steering and when you go down the road in high the front wheels wobble. It is a narrow front and I was wondering if they have the same steering as a H or M with the gear that gets worn. If not is this something fairly easy to fix and if so how?

I have the same problem with my Super M and my dad has the same problem with MTA. I"m currious if this is the same problem your refering to and if the solutions the same. I was thinking that the problem was in the wheel bearings

No parts in common or design, 460/560 Farmall have toggle valve that actuates power.

i'd check wheel bearings and for bent rims to start with

There are hundreds of solutions in the search for box. Put in worm gear, or Sector, or Steering Box rebuild or similar words to get a variety of solutions. Jim

At the road speed a 460 travles could it be tire trouble?? Bud.

thanks for all the replies. I wasn't sure if it was the same or not. I'll check the wheels although they do look ok and the bearings first. Gonna get a I & T book on them and see how it works I just don't have it yet.
