international 130 hydraulic

tractor does not lift.
no pressure at gauge location
pump was replaced
removed head and cleaned and visually inspected
lift levers have no or little resistance to movement
lift arms will not move

if there a web site that shows flow of fluid?

THe levers at the control quadrant have little resistance ever. They move the cylinders to the position of the lever, not like a "up neutral Dowm type lever.
I bet it is not primed. Make sure there is fluid in the res, then put 25psi into the reservoir with a tire pump (not 100PSI) and move the valve levers through their motion range for several minutes while at mid RPM. Let us know what is going on. Jim

Can you elaborate on this more? I am sandblasting the lift on my Super A. I am going to paint it and have it back on by Wednesday. Is priming it absolutely necessary?

The word Priming is a general term meaning putting a task or machine in a condition that sets the stage for action.
Priming a pump (this case) is filling it with working fluid so that it draws new fluid in and pushes fluid out into the working valves.
Priming for paint is putting on a layer of paint (primer) that adheres to the base material better, or more tenaciously, than the finish coat, and helps the finish coat adhere to it.
Priming a shot shell puts a new ignitor into the brass of the empty casing to allow eventual firing.
Hopefully this makes sense! I smile, Jim

Gear pumps by nature do not self prime very well. It's always a good idea to pressurize the reservoir or if possible, fill the pump and lines before running. If it has been run very long, the pump may be shot. Any leak where the pump can draw air will also keep it from priming. I would also unhook the pressure line or [u:126969624c]open the guage port to allow air to escape from the pressure side[/u:126969624c], as a very slight back pressure of air on the pressure side of the pump will not allow the pump to "suck". Pressurizing the reservoir may only help if air is allowed to escape on the pressure side of the pump, as the back pressure from the reservoir will also be on the pressure side, equalizing it.

swapped hydraulic pump with c and 130, the c picked the fluid up and operated very good.

i can see the fluid moving when i look into the 130 reservoir and the motor is running.

i will consider priming.

manual says it could be regulator and/or safety valve.
