F-12 Parts

I am beginning to fully restore an F-12 and am looking for new replacement parts, gaskets, seals, etc. I would like to get the best quality parts even if they cost a bit more. I know there is Rice Equipment, The Fordson House and others. Would anyone be willing to offer an opinion on who sells the best quality? Thanks for your time.
 
I too am right in the middle of my F-12 project. I think most will agree to go with Rice. I just received my first big order of many from Rice and was very pleased with the quality of all I got.

I'm as far as getting the tractor completely tore down. Block and head are at the machince shop and should be ready to be picked up any day now. Crank is sent off getting ground and should get that back first of next week.

Give us some details on your project. What year? Any story behind the tractor? And of course please share some pictures if you can.
 
Ive dealt with both Rice Equipment and Fordson House for parts for my old F-12 and Regular and have had great experience with each of them, never had any issues. I just tend to compare prices between the two and just go with which one has a better deal on the parts I'm after.
 
Fordson House and Rice Equipment are both reputable, and I have received quality parts from both.

However, I have met and become friends with Gordon, so I tend to buy there. The one thing I got from Gordon that I didn't get from Fordson house, was Gordon's vast knowledge on the F series tractors.

Gordon used to own an IH dealership, and spent his time buying out ones that went out of business. His knowledge and parts are 2nd to none.

His son Joe, also runs parts for the letter series tractors. Also a nice guy.
