560 narrow front

Will a narrow front from a farmall M fit the 560 with power steering, 560 currently has a swartz wide front, want to put a narrow on it, thanks.
 
It will fit but M/450 all had different brngs & seal on spindle with 7/8 nc threads. 560 thru 1586 had 7/8 nf with its own brngs & seal. Wheel hubs were specific to each.
 
I run a 560 front on my M and it works but you have to use longer bolts and put nuts on them because the bottom is the threaded part on an M and the top is threaded on a 560, so I'm not sure how that will work with you having both parts that are threaded. You may be able to drill the threads out of one of them and make it work fine.
 
Delta Red,

Myself and lots of others just think a narrow tricycle front on a 560 just looks more; natural, correct, and better. That is the way most of them were sold in the Mississippi Delta. What part of the Delta did you get your name from?

I got my name from The city of Delta,Delta county,Colorado.And I like IH(red) tractors.

I have a narrow front end off my 560 just installed a wide front for raking hay, if interesed call me 815/353/9009, the only bad thing about the wide front that I find is it sure don't turn very short but also was told that.
 
Hey Red... can I see that line-up from the highway between Montrose and Grand Junction? Doubt I'll pass that way this year, but we go to different parts of Colorado every year. This year the current plan is Lake City the end of Sept., so will be as close as Gunnison.
