[b:782390563c]Okay, I got my points in & it is running better.
Now I'm trying to adjust the carb but not sure what each screw does? Especially #3 the bottom 1. # 2 & 3 I know are air/idle mix but what one is what? [/color:782390563c][/size:782390563c]

[b:782390563c]Now on my brakes. Does anybody have a picture or drawing of what it looks like inside the drums. I think they are adjusted as tight as they can be, so I think I need new parts [/color:782390563c][/size:782390563c][/b:782390563c]

#3 is the main jet adjustment. Full power is 5 turns out, can be turned in 1.5 - 2 turns or so for light loads. Disk brake mechanisms are easily removed by removing the 5 bolts. Diagrams are in the parts book or in the parts section of www.caseih.com.

h okay, then on the other side of the tractor where the fuel bowl is.The valve that you open to let the gas flow, [b:12cac46199]how much should that be open?[/b:12cac46199] If I open it 1/4 turn there's a nice steady flow of gas. But if I open it 1/2 a turn the flow slows to a dribble. Is there something wrong here or is that normal? [b:12cac46199]And thanks [/b:12cac46199]for the link. I printed off a lot of stuff.

That valve is supposed to be fully open. In addition to better gas flow, it will likely leak if part way open.
