Help Identify Farmall H Sickle Mower

Was hoping someone could help identify the model mower I have. I have seen several different mowers for the H but not one that is set up like this. Any info would be appreciated.

I believe it is a model 24. It is in the back of the parts book.

I have one mounted on a F-20 to mow weeds.
 
Looks just like the one I use on my Super C (no fast hitch) with a few minor differences. Don't know about the model number.
