Farmall B Value

Looking at a Farmall B. Not necessarily the prettiest. The front was widened some for ginseng purposes, but it can be put back to normal. It runs and drives, tires are average. What are these tractors worth?

Last year I sold a B on eBay for $1,100 runing and with metal in good condition.

They usually changed more than the front ffor that job so you need to make sure you dont need any other stuff unless you dont care about it being original. It doesent by chance have a shift lever coming out of the bell housing on the left side under the gas tank. They had the shift lever coming out of one of the threaded holes there.

I have not looked at the tractor yet, just getting an idea of what I should be looking for and what a fair price would be.

I think a clean ginseng conversion is a pretty neat tractor. I have/had a B for sale by Janesville for $1200 obo and only got a couple calls. It has pretty good sheet metal and rear tires. The block is cracked though. From what I hear a lot of them are. I must be a couple hundred high.
