What do you need to get live hydraulics on the M and how much would it cost?

You can do it like IH did it or go for something better and perhaps easier. There is no changing out the cam gear, front engine parts, or removing the bolster. This set-up has an electric clutch and the hydraulic power can be turned on/off. Depending on application, you may not need an open center control valve. Mounting it low means you don't have to destroy the fan shroud.
