TA Binding in SMTA

I am replacing the ta in my SMTA. I replaced the ramp and rollers with a set of new Hi-capacity sprags. I also replaced the sun gears and it is timed correctly. I have the ta all assemblem and in the housing. With the 4 bolts tightened up on the rear of the ta it will lock the ta up. If you loosen the bolts every thing turns freely in one direction as it should. It acts like it should have a gasket or shim between the ta and the ta housing. Any ideas what is causing the ta to bind?

I have a very good idea why this is happening as I have had it happen with a HY-capacity rebuilt unit. This one had a new sun gear and it was about .020 too long. I was able to decrease the thickness of the thrust washer between sun gear and out put gear to free it up. HY-Cap would problably recommend a shim between the output housing and main housing. They just don't pay close enough attention to specs when they manufacture some of their parts.
