They are for sale on e-bay all the time but you wont like the priceof them and the clamps that hold them to the toolbars.

You can buy the toolbar clamps aftermarket chinese for $10 /ea and I think the wedge and nut are $5 ea...

You can buy disk hillers from the link provided previously and with the longer shank it allows you more versatility than with the short stuff from IH.

To hill 1 row I just put the rear cultivator tool bars on and clamp a disk to each and move em in as close as needed and away I go in WOT 1st or med 2nd to get the dirt moving to where I want.
