I purchased a 560 and the batterys keep going dead so i purchased a new Delco alternator just like the one that was on it. The battery still go dead. I am looking for a complete wiring digram, can any one help. it is a 560 Diesel the voltage regulator is in the alternator

The link below is to an original wiring diagram, courtesy of Bermuda Ken and C&G. Trouble is, your tractor did NOT have an internally-regulated alternator on it when new, so it's going to take so figuring things out to determine how the conversion was done.
560, etc

A Delco 10SI has three connections. (easy fix)
One is the primary charging wire #10 gauge it goes to the battery at the starter solenoid on the starter, or to the amp gauge if it has one. (I prefer to have it connect to the battery through a fuse link. This is a short special wire that is a fuse to protect the system. It should be rated at 5 amps over alternator output.)
The #2 spade connection on the edge should have a short wire connected directly to the big main output discussed above. (6" of #12gauge wire)
The #1 terminal is connected to the idiot light. The other terminal of the idiot light is connected to the ignition switch terminal that connects to the coil (or ballast resistor).
A diode (3 amp 150piv) can be used instead of the idiot light (band end of the diode toward the alternator).
