Help Identify Farmall Equipment - Turning Plow & Belly M

First, I have what looks to be a Woods or International/Danco Belly Mower. What I am concerned about/confused about is the mule drive pulleys at the rear. I am aware that they are oriented in such a way to fit the 90 degree PTO; but why is the front pulley completely flat like a belt pulley?? Also, the rear mule drive pulley resembles one of which that mounts to the PTO on the tractor. Please help me identify if these pulleys are supposed to be on there and why they are. I have several belly mowers, and have never seen those type pulleys mounted there. There are usually 2 peice pulleys in those locations.

Second, I also got with the deal TWO double disc turning plows that mounts behind a Super A tractor. I am pretty sure this is the one that mounts to the front steering of the tractor. I would also like to know the model of this plow, and what it is actually called. Both of them came with all the linkage, and need to sell at least 2 of them. To me, they don't look like the same plow. Identifying them would help me out A LOT! THANK YOU ALL!!

In my IH book I have a pic of a similar, but not exact match plow. In 1939 they made a disc plow for the A called the A-147. It was available in 1 or 2 furrow style. A similar plow, the B-147 came out in 1940 for the B. Production ended at the plant in 1951.

They also built a few called HM-47 to fit the 1940 to 1942 H and M models.

On mowers I have seen flat pulleys used when the back of the belt would run on it rather than the v side.

I believe the 2 disk plow is an HM 147. A better picture of the front attachment would be helpful as part of it bolts to the axle housings, part underneath, I think. There is a picture of the A 147 in Wendels book, but the rod that steers the rear wheel goes to the right side of the A, not to the left side as the post shows. Wendel does not show a picture, nor is there a picture of the B version,so I am not ruling the B out. I suppose the HM 150 replaced the HM 147, it is a heavier duty and more complex plow. -- I put a lot of hours on a HM 150.

My uncle had one of these plows for his "C" so the hook up is critical to knowing just which plow it is. My dad had one for an "A" with a rubber trail tire. My uncle's "C" model had the iron type wheel. I remember seeing them both, but I was too young to remember details.

CNKS,

Are you saying that the rubber tired plow is an HM-147?? The other plow I pictured seems to be smaller in length and not as heavy built; so I believe your assumption.

I just noticed that they are both 2 disk plows, but I meant the one with the steel wheel. The only way that I can tell if it possibly fits a C or an H is to look at the front connections. I am speaking only for the HM 150 here because it is the only one I have seen "in person". The 147 is probably similar to the 150 in the way it attaches, but I don't know. The HM 150 pulls from underneath from a bracket attached to the torque tube. The lift arms, etc bolt to the axle housings. I assume the one for the C also attaches to the axle housings, but for some reason I don't think it pulled from underneath. Again, I have not seen your plows, so what I assume does not mean much.
