If you want it now just go to NAPA and buy it. Take the old one in or look in the parts book and get the "actual" dimensions (you can find it online at CNH's website)
Our dealer also sells the hoses. They get the same bulk hose and cut it right there. Probably pretty close to the same price as the auto parts store.
