Will a fasthitch from a IH 560 fit a IH 450

I have a IH 450 for sale with a standard drawbar but everyone want a fast hitch on it. I have a Farmall 560 with a fast hitch so i was wondering if it would fit a 450 without any problems. Thanks John
 
Yes, it is a bolt-on. You may have to add a hydraulic valve to the valve bank but the 450 probably has an unused circuit at the back or sides of tractor.
 
If you have a good running 560 with a working factory fast hitch DO NOT SEPERATE AS THIS WILL DEVALUE YOUR 560. Instead get a 560 style fast hitch from a parts yard!!!!!!! I do not know if the 560 fasthitch valve and the 450 valve will interchange. Give this a lot of thought and researce before making any decision that may later come back to haunt you!! Might be better to go with an after-market three point hitch. Armand
 
The decision depends on what is to become of the 560. If it is being parted out no problem. If you still are going to use it then you have to take into consideration that the 560 has a teledepth valve and after removal of the hitch you will have to replace that valve with a regular hyd valve. Can't use the teledepth valve for regular hyd operations as it requires follow up linkages.
