Super A radiatorr

I took the radiator off my Super A to replace a worn drive belt. I thought this would make it easier, but any tips on putting the belt on would be appreciated because it is a tight fit. While the radiator is off, I thought I would have it looked at and cored if needed. This is a thermosiphon system. Is there anything I need to tell the radiator guy or is it tested like any other?

The IH Super-A owner's manual says:
"To remove the fan belt, loosen the fan spindle and slide the spindle to the bottom of the groove in the fan bracket. The belt can then be slipped over the bottom drive pulley and worked up over the fan blades."

Before you take it anywhere block the bottom and fill with vinegar and let set a few days then drain and flush and use forever. It wouldnt hurt to fill the block too with vinegar while the rad is soaking. When you drain the block when done look into the bottom of the block and make sure the holes are clear where the coolant comes down thru the block cause thatw where they get plugged you can clean with compressed air and pressure water hose. Those blocks will get plugged long before the radiator. Mite want to remove the lower outlet to help see that you do get the block clean as with a flashlite you can see the ports.
