Farmall B pto problem

I recently purchased a "B" and put a L59 woods mower on it. The pto works but it jumps out of gear after you go a ways with it. I can hold it in with my hand but I feel it trying to pop out. Anybody ever had this happen? Thanks for any input. Jason

clutch dog on the PTO shaft is probably worn out. Not a terrible job to remove the PTO and replace.

Spring and ball detent. Accessible from outside PTO, remove a plug with the big screw driver slot in it and investigate.

on mine the pilot bushing/shaft had slop ,replaced bushing (w/undersizes)the shaft was wore and trued up the shaft tried it out yesterday&worked good.
