super H timing

Attempted to time my Super H today after recent top end overhaul. With timing light lining up marks per manual at idle and full throttle, the mark (on crank pulley) would what i would call "hunt" or run in advance from pointer on engine. Any suggestions? I have installed electronic ignition. Could there be gear wear or distributor shaft wear?

why do you think there is a problem with the timing advancing when rpm is increased. appears normal to me.the weights in the distributer are flying out advancing the timing. distributer shaft wear would make the dwell jump around.
