560 fuel problems

I just got a barn find 560 diesel home with fuel issues. I have good fuel to the pump but I can"t seem to get any fuel through the pump to the injectors. Any ideas guys?

Is the pump head turning....don't have a shaft sheared do you?

Are you sure gettingFULL FLOW to the injector pump? You need to take the fuel line completely apart and let the fuel flow for at least 3 min. in to a container to be sure you have full flow. I have those hoses go bad on the inside and when you just crack that fitting you will get a dribble and think you have fuel. BTDT!!!! Armand
