Is this how bad these look if the tractor lives out in the weather?

Farm tractors are engineered to be left out in the weather and not suffer any internal effects. It appears that the gaskets on yours have been compromised and allowed the weather to infiltrate.

Yeah thats why they make sheds thats where are all mine are when they are not in use!

Could be a little condensation just like you get in a gas tank. Sitting around for a while not being used doesn"t help with that.
