Searching for Crank Retainer

Anyone know where I can locate one of these. It is a Crankshaft Rear seal retainer - upper section on a "A". Part number 6101-D

I don't have one, but I would say if you can find a guy with a TIG welder, he could put that one back together. I am confident I could, but no welder anymore.
 
I was thinking of welding it also. Bolt it down to a flat plate as it will warp. Salvage yard should have it but it may go with the engine.
