Posting photogfaphs

I have some old photographs that I would like to post.Can I run them thru a scanner and transfer them?

If you have a scanner printer you could do it that way.Done a few of them. I don't see why it wouldn't work the same. Just to make sure,you could take a picture you wouldn't care about(if you have the older type scanner that has to pull it thru a set of wheels to scan) and try it.We have a Kodak 4 in 1 printer scanner,fax,and it is real easy,just set the picture on the top glass close the lid,scan,and do any repair with photo tools,and store to pic file.It might help some other people if they new what type scanner you were using, not being a smart @ss, but I can think of at least 100 different scanners,I'm positive there are tons more I'm missing.LOL

Scan your pics into My Pictures, then copy them to "My Documents". Use the Advanced Posting Tools to post your pics. Click on "Upload Photo", then on "Browse", select pic then click on "Open" follow the prompts and when you get to "Continue" click on it and it will upload your pic. Click on "Preview Your Reply" and you should see your pic. Hal
