Leaking PTO shaft

Took the 38 f-12 out for a spin today, I noticed i have a pretty good leak coming from the rear pto shaft. Anyone know how hard it is to change this seal I've never changed this one before.
 
Never been around an F12, but if you can see the rear of the seal, drill a hole in it, insert a screw and try to pull it out. A slide hammer will work to pull it out also. You may have to carefully destroy it (keep tools away from the surfaces it fits into) and pry it out.
 
36F30 is correct. Graphite cord should be used if the packing is work out. Start with tightening the packing nut, and if that does not work, take it out and replace the packing.
