My 560 with a gas engine will start fine. After it warms up ..about 10 min and under load it dies. I can keep it running for a while longer by pulling out the choke. It has gas in the bowl and spark at the plugs. Any ideas?

Disconnect the gas line at the carburetor and see if you have a full stream of gas from the tank. Use a clean container to catch the gas.

If there's just a trickle of gas you need to clean the gas tank. If you have a full stream of gas remove the gas fitting where your gas line connects and look for a screen behind that fitting. It be could full of dirt or rust. If
the screen is clear of any dirt your carburetor probably needs a good soaking in carb cleaner and a good cleaning. Blow out all the jets with compressed air. If that carb has a solenoid at the carb inlet it may not be opening fully. Hal

Just resurrected our family 560 and it would do the same. Found the load jet (AKA Nozzle) plugged. Split the carb and it is the (7/16 deep well socket) small brass pipe sticking up out of the center of the venturi/bowl. I used drill bits and a torch tip cleaner to clean it out. (twist by hand only and do not force it as you will mess it up)

It made one heck of a differnce in how it starts and runs.

have many farmalls and if they dont get used enough rust in the gas tank is a problem. My solution is to remove the sediment bowl from the tank and fabricate a stand pipe drilled full of small holes on top of it to act like a prestrainer. if a chip of rust floates in front of it it still gets gas from the other sides. so far its worked 100%

Yep, did that stand pipe thing too. In my case, the load jet was not plugged with debris but rather thick and hardened crud.
