If this works you will have to piece these to read all. think I was wrong on all carbs having to be changed but couldn't find another bulletin around somewhere. If you happen to find changeover instructions somewhere let me know. I suspect a vent hole or holes were enlarged in the R91 throttle body when changing but found no information or a carburetor changed that I can be sure of.

I got one of these carbs on my Super H. You dont want one of these carbs on a stock engine,

Way too much fuel delivery. Now, if you had a LP head with high cyl pressure, it would be just what your looking for!

Pullers pay good money for those R91 carbs,,, I got 3 of them so I dont need another.

I was wondering if any service bullitins existed on that carb. Thanks Dave!

Stock jetting for the one I got in use, which was off a 300, was a .047 main jet size, with that circuit in working condition, but on a stocker, will be way too much fuel! Just my .002

Pete this is 400 pics but from what I can remember the 300 throttle body was made the same.
One with the yellow marks is a R91. Wide mark passage gets pluged and the small holes with small marks near them are enlarged to the R92 throttle body size pictured along size. Lot of ones out there with R91 throttle bodys reworked and also have a R92 tag. I would guess if the carburetor in question has the pluged passage and enlarged vents it was reworked at one time but no tag change.
Parts in a 300 change kit were 35606 D53,47388DA, 251538R1, 364497R1, 24687DA, 24703DA, 47393D, 359784R1, 47404DA, 364499R1, 38525D. Think the last 2 numbers are for the ID plate and retaining pin. If you or others have more information I would welcome knowing.

Slater, thanks a lot . This will shed some light on this beast. I would imagine I paged through that service bulletin at one time or another but paid no attention to it as I filed most all bulletins and manuals for over thirty years as I liked to read and try to digest any that pertained to the equipment I worked on. Thanks again. Pete
