Clutch or TA slipping

Hi
I have some trubble with one of my tractors an Farmall 826 that I bought for 2K a year ago, the tractor slips under heavy load in both direct and TA, sometimes a little more than othertimes.
The previous owner changed the clutch a couple of years ago and she was mostly used in stationary PTO work but had no problem with any slipping.
Could it be:
A valve in MCV?

The TA´s at lunch in both DIR and TA?

The pump in MCV? (the steering is weak in low rpms).

A bad clutch (but then it wouuldn´t be better some times)?

Adjustments on TA and clutch have been controled.
Please help.

The low pressure symptom in the steering is also a TA factor. The direct clutch in the TA id hydraulically applied. If it gets low presure, it will slip, and since the TA rear clutch (sprague) and rear locking clutch Hydraulic are needed to have the TA work, and it does not, The issue is what to fix. If it were mine, I would repair the TA and put a new Control pump in it. The MCV pressure needs to be checked first. The pressure control valve could be causing the slipping in direct. Best of luck.
