I have developed a water leak dripping from the hole at the bottom of the clutch housing. drips 4 onces in 24 hours when not running. It is green so it must be radiator water. Where could it be coming from. Did not notice it until the governer spring broke and the engine rpms went wild for about 15 seconds.

There's a couple of Welch plugs in the back of the block, one of which goes into the water jacket.
The engine will have to be split from the tractor to access the plug and replace it.

And if its like most of them your have about 5 inches of mud-rust behind the plug to clean out after you remove the plug.

Thank you for your replys. Since I will have to split it to fix before to long, what else should I do to make it a contender in the 3000 pull class?
