hello all,
i have a 1944 h by the ser.# list but can any one tell me more info about it ? i have found some cast # of 7*24*N would that make it July 24 1944 I did find a 7*25*n also a 7*26*n I kinda figured That the #'s were just cast dates. the tractor ser# is 17xxxx

You didn't give enough numbers. Tractors built in July, August, Sept. and part of Oct. started with serial # 17. Tractor probably built in one of the last 3 months.
