two row planter?

I came across this when I was picking up a few tractors and other items. They have no idea what it is. Small round buckets on the the front still have the lids with the IHC on the top. I cannot tell much from it but it is on steel wheels. I am thinking about buying it, but in that shape it will be only a a lawn item unless someone needs parts. They also have a two row picker think I think is for a M but to part that delivers the corn to the wagon is missing.
The wife wants it all gone so she can not look at it any more.

They also have what I think is a two bottom pull behind plow and a few thing I can not make out what they are.

I have a planter with mis-matched lids. Might be able to use yours, if you have better pictures, or dimensions.
