I decided to put my ford tractor on the back burner for a few till I get some parts in to fix it. Idea was to rebuild the engine toss the sherman and howard trans in it and use it.... Yea right...

So now im messing with my 2424. I took the loader off it tonite so I can get to the steering box and the rest of the tractor ALOT easier. It sure did start quick = once the starter cooperated....

What Im really wondering about the 2424 is it slow enough for my 5' rototiller? It seems slow but I dunno if its slow enough.

I have used a 444 on a rototiller, most of the time it was ok. The rototiller does have a tendency to push the tractor if not adjusted correctly.
