I have a Farmall C that I just purchased a short time ago, starts and runs good, the only thing is I can,t get it to rev up fast enough when the throttle is pushed all the way forward, how do I adjust the RPM,.

There are a few possible issues. First is to determine what fast is. A strobe tach, or a shaft tach can help determine when it is running at fast idle. PTO at about 600, engine at the number stamped on the ID plate, or a little above.
The linkage to the governor must move the governor all the way to the limit of the lever. If it does not change the length of the rod system to make it so.
The governor rod to the carb could be out of spec too short, not letting the carb open (less likely, but shoululd be full open when the governor arm is pushing the throttle open. (can be shut off to check)
The governor could have worn primary bearings, spring/s, and weights.

(quoted from post at 04:38:35 03/25/11) Thanks to all for the advise had no idea what to look for, will try and check this out coming week-end.

I would look for slop first. From what I have seen all the shafts and holes are well worn in these machines.
